The receptive structure is placet to the south of the hystorical center of San Gimignano, about 1,5 Km (5000 ft). The house i salso within easy reach walking along “Via Vecchia” an ancient Medieval road surrounded by green fields and rich of panoramic views.
The property has indipendent car access, private parking and a large garden where is bpossible to doing barbecue, solarium or reading.
The house was an old country cottage, now restored.

The absolute quiet is excellent for a relax holiday in the country.
