| "Il Chicchero" is in the heart of
the Siennese hills. This typical Tuscan barn with wonderful
panoramic views is perfectly situated for visiting San Gimignano,
Volterra, Siena, Monteriggioni, Colle Val D'Elsa - Florence
is only 40 minutes away. The structure has been completely restored
in faithful local detail. It's a great starting point for discovering
the Tuscan countryside, relaxing or a quick trip to the beach.
The owners, Piero and Federica, offer their guests a quiet haven
with a family atmosphere. The rooms (all doubles with private
bathrooms) are comfortably furnished in traditional Tuscan country
style. In the morning an abundant breakfast is served fresh,
and, on request, evening meals of local specialties can be prepared
by Chef Piero (a professional chef for more than 15 years).
Meals are usually served open-air by Federica under the shade
of grapevines. Covered parking is provided and there is a garden
and a swimmingpool. |
