The recent renovation works personally cared by the owner, made the accommodations the most comfortable, keeping the original style and structure untouched to breath the old times atmosphere.
The rooms and the kitchen have been enriched by the best furniture of the local handcrafts; each accommodation has got private facilities with shower, refrigerator, tv set, garden, private parking and barbecue. In the building aged 1800, there is an old natural cellar dug out from the yellow earth-stone named "Tufo", used to maintain the wine thanks to its constant low temperature.
For hiking lovers, San Gimignano is reachable in only 800 meters, walking along a "white road"; for all the other ones, we provide a shuttle service back and forth to San Gimignano centre.

The owner long experience of all rural activities is at disposal to all requesting clients; our farmhouse offers home made product sample and taste, like olive oil and wine.
