Completely surrounded by the magic countryside of San Gimignano, "Villa La Doccia" is placet at about 300meters from S.Matteo door, i.e the historical centre.

Villa La Doccia consists of two double bedrooms whith bathrooms,a kitchen and a livingroom (with bathroom as well) that can be used as bedroom because of its sofa-bed.

In the kitchen there are a table with six chairs, a fridge, a washing machine and a stove with four burners.

There is also the possibility of barbecuing outside and using an electric boiler to prepare american coffee.

All around the villa there is a private garden with chairs, deckchairs and a gazebo with illumination for parties at nightfall.

In the park, there is a swimming pool (14 m for 7 m ) reserved to all the customers of the villa.

Besides in front of Villa La Doccia there is a covered parking bay to reach through a remote-controlled gate.

The remote control will be given together with the keys of the Villa.

Doccia in italian means "shower" but in this case it is the name of the place.

It was so called because in the past women whent there to wash their clothes with fresh water.
