I consider myself fortunate to work with and manage the facility that belonged to my family: rooms and spaces that have witnessed me as a child, a girl and then a woman; where I was taught the love for beautiful things and respect for what our loved ones have left behind. Come and discover my unique city, spend some time and stay with me, in the rooms that were once my grandparents’ and then my parents’!

Il Nido di Anna is a carefully restored apartment on the first floor of a historic building built in 1800 along the walls of San Gimignano on the street parallel to Via San Giovanni, which was once Via Francigena, an ancient road used by Christian pilgrims headed to Rome. The building, in the recent past, has belonged to my family. My father was born here and his father before him and so on.The apartment has been transformed into a B&B with four bedrooms (Cinguettio – Charlotte – Nella Primavera – Le Miroir), each with a private bathroom, furnished in romantic style with great attention to detail. On the ground floor, you will find the breakfast room and reception area that can be accessed directly from the hallway connecting the rooms through an internal staircase. Il Nido di Anna Bed and Breakfast is the ideal solution for couples or families with one child, to fully enjoy the architectural beauty and history of the town (the Cathedral, the Town Hall with the Art Gallery and the Torre Grossa, the Fortress, the Church of Sant’ Agostino, the oldest medieval Fountains, and so on) and eat in the typical restaurants in the old town.


SERVICES

ROOM: Free WIF, kettle, fridge with water included, conditioned air, centralized warming, coat hanger. A folding bed for a third person, at € 10 per night, can be arranged. The third bed is only available for a minimum stay of 2 nights.

BATHROOM: bathroom towels, single-dose shower gel-liquid soap- body cream and perfume, toilet paper, hairdryer.

Italian breakfast (croissant, rusks with butter , jam , honey; cappuccino or coffee or tea, fruit juice).
