"Podere Il Gioiello" is a complex of 5 flats obtained in an old, completely refurbished farmhouse, located approximately 1Km from San Gimignano. On foot, through the green countryside the town can be reached in only 10 minutes. Recently refurbished it is divided into 5 flats. - "Villa La Stellina" (800mt from "Il Gioiello") is a perfectly refurbished typical country house with garden and panoramic verandah.
