You will be able to admire Volterra and the beautiful towers of S. Gimignano while walking through the estate’s woods, rich in oaks, pines, acacias, junipers and the scented “Mediterranean busti”, where it is still possible to see wild animate such as boars, porcupines and hares, as well as pheasants, hawks, larks and many other birds. The surrounding ooze with Etruscan, Roman and medieval traces (Volterra, S. Gimignano, Montemiccioli, Castelvecchio, Pignano, etc.).
The hilly position (500 m a.s.l.) is ideal to fully enjoy the warm Italian summer. The sea is only 50 km away and the roads are in good condition. We have a new swimming-pool in size of 21x10 m.
