Situated in a splendid hilltop position about 1 km from the famous town of San Gimignano, the farm residence, immersed in the beautiful countryside, enjoys an enchanting view.
The tourist structure has two apartments and two rooms, all with an indipendent entrance, furnished in harmony with the typical Tuscan style.
The apartments consist of: a lounge with cooking area, double room, sofa bed. Spacious and comfortable, all the apartments and the bedrooms boast an excellent view over the "town of the beautiful towers". They all have a bathroom with shower, colour TV, mini-bar, and heating.
The apartments and rooms have use of an outside area with garden furniture for a pleasant breakfast or lunch in the outdoors.
Available for the guests a swimming pool with a view over the landscape, a mini children’s playground and a large area for relaxation.
