The holiday house "L'Olivo" is set in a calm and green residential area two kilometers far from San Gimignano. It consists of two small flats both with a double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen (one of them with fireplace), a terrace and parking facilities.

The common garden behind the house is a fresh and sheltered haven to relax in the shade of the olive trees.

The bus stop towards the city centre is right behind the house, and in a few minutes guests can reach on foot as well the park and Santa Lucia Municipal Sport Equipments, with tennis courtyards and a swimming pool.

Keen walkers can enjoy the gorgeous countryside all around and follow the marked footpaths running along vineyards and olive-groves.
