Surrounded by its own vineyards and olive groves Fattoria di Pancole rests in peace and tranquility on top of a tall hill only 3km from the medieval town of San Gimignano. From its dominating position it enjoys the most splendid panorama of the typically Tuscan countryside of undulating hills each topped with a little terracotta farmhouse.

The Fattoria di Pancole, with more than 60 hectares of land, is specialised in producing wine and olive oil, and has infact won many awards for its "Chianti Colli Senesi" red wine and "Vernaccia di San Gimignano" white wine.

In this estate there are 8 apartments:
Il Falco, il Nibbio, Il Daino, il Cinghiale, la Lepre, lo Scoiattolo, l'Istrice and il Capriolo

There is a lovely swimming pool (12m x 6m) which enjoys a fantastic panorama of the countryside and is furnished with sun umbrellas and sunbeds. Each apartment has its own private terrace in a tranquil position for relaxingoutside.
There is a children's play area with swing and slide situated a short walk away from the apartments and their terraces. Obtainable from the owner are mountain bikes and there is a utility room with washing machine for communal use. Parking is in the grounds of the Fattoria close to the apartments.
