“Podere Il Gioiello” is a complex of 5 flats obtained in an old, completely refurbished farmhouse, located approximately 1Km from San Gimignano.

On foot, through the green countryside the town can be reached in only 10 minutes.

The whole farm is surrounded by the green of woods, vineyard and typical Tuscan cultures, all guests will be able to enjoy this wonderful view of the countryside from the large garden with swimming-pool (16 m x 8 m).

Each flat, tastefully furnished in classic Tuscan style, is composed of 1 or 2 double bedrooms, kitchen-living room, bathroom, autonomous heating system, own entrance, satellite TV and a bower with table, chairs and barbecue to eat outdoors.

You will also find a covered parking-place and a washing machine in common with other guests.

Its geographical position allows one to easily reach Florence, Siena, Volterra and other small villages.

- “Il Vecchio Mulino” (200 m from “Il Gioiello) is an old water mill of the 12th century located in a small wood just outside San Gimignano. Recently refurbished it is divided into 4 flats.

- “Villa La Stellina” (250 m from “Il Gioiello”) is a perfectly refurbished typical country house with garden and panoramic verandah. It is composed of a living-room with fireplace and double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, 1 twin and 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Autonomous heating system, satellite TV, washing-machine, dish-washer and barbecue.

- “La Palma” located just outside the hystorical centre of San Gimignano (100 m).
