Podere Il Caggiolino is situated in a beautiful hilly position 1 km outside of Castel San Gimignano, part of the Province of Siena in central Tuscany.
The farmhouse distances about 11 km from San Gimignano and is surrounded by woods, olive-groves and vineyards. From far away it is possible to view the famous towers of San Gimignano.
There are 5 double rooms with bathroom at the guest's disposal. The rooms are furnished in the same style, even if in every room the colour of a plant is prevailing, from which the room also takes its name.

In the morning during the warm summer months, it is possible to have breakfast in the garden, whereas during the winter months in the dining-room, with a small kitchenette.
In the garden embedded between the olive trees, are deck-chairs available, where one can enjoy the peace and the beauty of this place.

Also the Chianti Classico area with places like Radda in Chianti, Greve in Chianti and Castellina in Chianti as well as the renowned wine producers of teh Chianti DOCG can be reached in about 30 minutes.
