The Sovestro Hotel was opened in 1994 by the Failli family (Alfredo, Sergio and Lucia).
It is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, 2 km from San Gimignano (Poggibonsi - San Gimignano road) and is ideal for a fully relaxing holiday.


The Sovestro Hotel offers a total of 40 rooms, 28 of which on one floor, with either a balcony or a small garden with panoramic wiew. The 12 remaining rooms are on the first floor.
Connecting rooms and rooms for families are also avaible.


Outdoor meals and a beautiful wiew of the Tuscan countryside can be comfortably enjoyed at the "Da Pode" Restaurant, next to the Sovestro Hotel.


All the rooms have satellite TV, telephone and air conditioning (only in summer).
A beautiful swimming-pool with whirlpool is open to the guests of the Hotel.
The "Da Pode" Restaurant is also run by the Failli family.
Once a farmhouse, it was refurbished in 1985 and offers an attentive hospitality and typical Tuscan cuisine.
