The Restaurant Dulcisinfundo is in front of the most suggestive breathtaking view of San Gimignano. Thanks to the medieval mileu and two deep granaries in the old floor, time seems to have stopped. The typical Tuscan cuisine and high quality are the restaurant specialities. Everithing - from hors d'oeuvres to desserts and even ice-creams - is prepared by their chefs, using only selected in seasons products. The owners, also farm managers, offer their customers the property's products such as vegetables, aromatical herbs, pure saffron of San Gimignano and extra virgin olive oil. They rely on some rewarded small family companies situated in Tuscany and very careful about the quality of their products. Several wines are available and some of them are very prestigious, however the high quality is always guaranteed. Among the specialities: vegetables pastry dish, fresh cheese and pesto of basil, tagliatelle with white wild boar sauce, the florentine steak, pork meatballs with saffron flavoured potatoes cream, fruit in season sorbet in crunchy waffles and to finish coffe that can be stirred with a spoon made of chocolate thet gives an unforgettable experience. The restaurant is recommended and advised, among the others, by Michelin Voyager Pratique Guide, Adac Reisemagazin, Sunday Herald. Closed on Wednesday.
